Inspection Warranty for Pre-Owned Products
All pre-owned electronic items (excluding those explicitly marked as "No Warranty") are covered by a 7-day inspection warranty, effective from the date of delivery
Note: The warranty is void if the product sustains any form of external damage, including but not limited to: impact, dropping, cracking, or scratching.
Proof of Warranty
Your original purchase receipt serves as your official warranty card.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
The inspection warranty does not cover the following:
Accidental or intentional physical damage
Improper usage resulting in malfunction (e.g., exposure to liquids, excessive force, or incorrect installation)
Damage resulting from natural or environmental forces (e.g., flooding, fire, lightning, or earthquakes)
Unauthorised disassembly, repairs, or modifications
Force majeure events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, or civil unrest)
Reporting Damaged or Faulty Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Warranty for Brand-New (Box-Packed) Products
Brand-new, box-packed products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Customers are advised to refer to the official website of the product’s manufacturer for detailed warranty terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
The total liability of ABM is limited strictly to the original purchase price of the product. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or performance of the purchased items.
