While we aim for your full satisfaction, we acknowledge situations that may require returns or refunds. Please refer to our policy for comprehensive details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns for Non-Faulty Products

Our 7-day return policy applies to unused products in their original condition. A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. To qualify, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging, with all components returned. Please submit your return request within 7 days of delivery.

 

2. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support team via Whats App at 0309-7285737, providing:

Your order number

A brief reason for return

A video clip depicting the product's current state

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be issued a Return Authorisation Number along with return instructions.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged in its original box, including all accompanying materials.

3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm that it meets the return criteria, the refund will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be provided via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a reputable courier service and ensuring the package is adequately protected.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:

Personalized or custom-made products

Perishable or consumable goods

Products clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or a refund based on availability. Photos or video evidence might be needed for claim validation.
